As a change enabler, you will be a strategic partner in driving the change agenda of ensuring patient safety and quality extends to our family, friends, colleagues and beyond.
Your role:
Keeping the wider change agenda in mind, you will be instrumental in driving change planning through to intervention and execution across change initiatives, while staying aligned with the change management team members and their respective initiatives.
Co-create the strategy, development, and execution of the integrated change management approach to drive adoption across workstreams.
Collaborate with the program leaders and teams to ensure the change management strategy and plan is built around key project milestones.
You will help navigate complex stakeholder relationships, and garner buy-in and trust across Business Units, Regions and Functions (BRF).
Conduct stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments and change interventions for workstreams.
Engage with leaders, collaborating with (local) counterparts in BRF and other key stakeholders, to execute the plan.
Conduct Change Management reporting.
You're the right fit if:
You've acquired 7
years of experience in change management and transformation programs as a change manager in a medical device company, ranging from developing change strategies through to driving change interventions across a global landscape.
Your skills include advanced presentation, facilitation skills, excellent communication skills across all audiences, ability to speak with authority and clarity to deliver impact.
You have strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence, with cross-cultural skills to navigate a global context.
You have a change management certification such as Prosci.
You're a self-starter, comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and managing complex stakeholder groups (from senior leaders through to end users).
Experience driving agile change management, as well as partnering with local change leaders accountable for driving changes in local groups is an asset.
You are fluent in English, other languages are an advantage.
You have experience (preferred) in one or more of these domains which the change portfolio includes:
quality management systems, policy/process frameworks, Human Resources, competency framework, product remediation, systems and data, culture and beyond.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You must be able to:
Travel occasionally for key workshops or meetings.
Work in an office/home office and/or remote setting.
Work flexible hours with frequent early start times to accommodate global virtual meetings.

Philips Transparency DetailsThe pay range for this position is $96,000 to $178,000, annually.
The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
